Booking and Payments

• Payment can be made in advance or at the time of drop-off.
• For stays longer than 1 month, we can arrange payment intervals.
• If you need to extend your dog’s stay, please let us know in advance. Additional payments must be made before the extension begins.

Food and Nutrition

• Daily meals are not included in the boarding fee.
• Please bring enough food for your dog’s entire stay.
• If needed, we can provide food at a cost of 10 GEL per day.
• Let us know if your dog has any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Health and Safety

• We keep our hotel clean and safe for all dogs.
• If your dog shows signs of illness, we will contact you immediately to discuss the next steps.
• In urgent cases, we will take your dog to a veterinarian to ensure their well-being.

Friendly and Vaccinated Dogs Only

• We only accept friendly and vaccinated dogs to ensure a safe and calm environment for all guests.
• We accept a maximum of 10 dogs at a time to provide a calm and comfortable experience.

Late Pick-Up Policy

• If you can’t pick up your dog on the agreed date, please inform us as soon as possible.
• If we don’t hear from you within 5 days after the scheduled pick-up date, we will consider the situation as abandonment and will take appropriate steps, including contacting local authorities.

Behavior Policy

• Dogs are social animals, and playful behavior can sometimes lead to minor injuries.
• We closely monitor interactions to ensure a safe environment for all dogs.
• If a dog shows aggressive behavior that poses a risk to others, we may need to end their stay immediately. No refund will be provided in this case.

Consent for Photos and Videos

• We love sharing the joy of dogs staying with us! With your permission, we may take photos or videos of your dog to use on our social media and marketing materials.
• If you prefer that we do not take any photos or videos, just let us know, and we will fully respect your wishes.

Legal Acknowledgment

By leaving your dog at Doghotel.ge, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks involved in social interactions between dogs.
• You agree that Doghotel.ge is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that may occur during your dog’s stay.
• You accept that a dog’s stay may be terminated immediately if they display aggressive behavior against other dogs or humans.
