Welcome to DogHotel.ge! We’re happy to care for your dog while you’re away. Please take a moment to read our terms to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both you and your pet.

Booking & Payments

• Payment is due in advance or at the time of drop-off.

• For stays longer than 1 month, payment intervals can be arranged.

• Extensions must be requested and paid for before the extended stay begins.

• Drop-off and pick-up hours are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Food & Nutrition

• Daily meals are not included in the boarding fee.

• Please bring enough food for your dog’s entire stay.

• If preferred, we can provide food at 5 GEL per day.

• Let us know about any allergies or special dietary needs.

Health & Safety

• All dogs must arrive healthy and free from contagious diseases.

• Only friendly, fully vaccinated dogs are accepted.

• Proof of valid vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella must be provided before boarding.

• The Owner must present their personal passport at check-in.

• The dog’s passport must also be provided, including the photo page of the person registered in the dog passport.

• If your dog becomes ill or injured, we will contact you immediately.

• In urgent cases, we may take your dog to a veterinarian at our discretion.

• All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Behavior & Safety

• Dogs are social animals; even with supervision, there is always some risk of scratches, scuffles, stress, or illness.

• New-dog screening: Every new dog is observed for 10–30 minutes at drop-off. If a dog is aggressive or unsuitable, we will decline or end the stay.

• We supervise and manage play, but the Owner accepts that DogHotel.ge is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during the dog’s stay.

• If a dog becomes aggressive during boarding, the Owner or emergency contact must collect the dog immediately or arrange transfer.

• If collection is not possible, the dog will be separated, and an extra handling fee of 50 GEL per day (in addition to the regular rate) will apply.

Late Pick-Up, Extensions & Abandonment

• Extensions must be arranged and paid for in advance.

• Failure to pick up your dog on the agreed date without an extension will result in:

  • 100 GEL late fee, plus

  • 50 GEL daily fee until collected.

• If no contact is made within 5 days of the scheduled pick-up, the dog will be considered abandoned.

• DogHotel.ge does not rehouse or foster abandoned dogs. The matter will be reported to authorities, and legal action may follow to recover unpaid fees.

Personal Belongings

• You may bring toys, beds, or other comfort items, but DogHotel.ge is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Early Pick-Up Refund Policy

• If you collect your dog earlier than planned, any unused days will be refunded.

Photos & Videos

• We love capturing happy moments at DogHotel.ge! Sometimes we take photos or videos to share the joy on our social media.

• If you’d prefer your dog not be included, just let us know — we’ll always respect your wishes.

Legal Acknowledgment

By leaving your dog at DogHotel.ge, you confirm that:

• You understand and accept the risks involved in boarding and dog interaction.

• You agree DogHotel.ge is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents that may occur during your dog’s stay.

• You are the lawful owner or guardian and fully responsible for your dog.

• The hotel may end a stay if your dog shows aggression.

• Failure to pay or pick up your dog may result in late fees, abandonment procedures, and legal action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia.
